CALL FOR AID 2021 FOR THE CREATION OF THE ACCELERA PIME OFFICE NETWORK FOR RURAL ENVIRONMENTS

The aim of this call is to reach municipalities with populations of less than 20,000 inhabitants and promote the adoption of digital technologies by their SMEs, self-employed and entrepreneurs. Accelera pime is a program that seeks to help them in their digital transformation and, with it, in the transformation of the economy and society towards a digital environment, contributing to the maintenance of the rural population in the context of the demographic challenge. .

The budget of the call is 23.8 million euros and the amount of aid for each of the offices ranges between 300,000 and 410,000 euros for 2 years, which is 80% of the budget of the project.

Professional and business associations, professional associations, technological and technological innovation support centers, provincial councils, uniprovincial autonomous communities, island chapters and councils, and counties, associations of municipalities or other entities that group several municipalities may apply for aid. . Each applicant entity may submit a single project per territory, and may submit up to three projects for different territories.

The physical offices must be located in the territory in which the Accelerated SME Office carries out its activity, and there may be more than one physical location of the office in different parts of the territory. Territorial territory is understood to be the physical space that comprises a province, except for the island autonomous communities that have their own island chapter or council, for which territory is understood to be the physical space that includes each of the islands that make them up.

Entities interested in applying for these grants will have two months to submit their application from the date of publication in the Boletín Oficial del Estado (start date: 23/12/2021 - 00.00 / date of completion 22/02/2022 - 23.59) and they will be able to do it through the form enabled in the Electronic Headquarters of Red.es , where can consult all the information.

The projects will be co-financed from funds from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism within the European Recovery Instrument (Next Generation EU), in accordance with the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
