The “RESOLUTION EMT / 3840/2021, of 22 December, has been published , which opens the call in advance for the year 2022 for the granting of subsidies for the employment of people aged 30 and over (SOC -CONT30IMES) (ref. BDNS 602996) ” within the framework of the“ Order EMT / 214/2021 of 17 November, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to promote employment and hiring unemployed people (SOC-CONTRACTING) ”.
The deadline for applications begins on January 10, 2022 at 9:00 am and ends on May 31, 2022 at 3:00 pm.
As for the amount of the subsidy , a monthly economic module amount of 1,473.71 euros and a daily amount of 48.45 euros is established.
Indefinite contracts and temporary contracts with a minimum duration of 12 months are eligible , with the exception of temporary and temporary contracts in all their forms, training and apprenticeship contracts and internship contracts. Contracts must be concluded full time and have the work center located in Catalonia.
The eligible period is determined by the date of signing the contract and the end date of the program and must be a maximum of 12 months. The contract period beyond December 31, 2022 will not be subsidized.
A maximum number of 5 eligible contracts per person or beneficiary entity is established for this call and no replacements are foreseen in the event of premature termination of contracted persons.
The following persons or entities legally constituted and with an operational establishment in Catalonia may be beneficiaries of this subsidy:
- Non-profit organizations, as well as associations and foundations;
- Associated work cooperatives.
- Private natural or legal persons, and communities of property, with the capacity to sign, as entrepreneurs, an employment contract.
For this call, the recipients are:
- Unemployed people aged 45 or over.
- Unemployed people aged 30 and over, if they are women or long-term unemployed people.
A long-term unemployed person is defined as a person seeking employment, in a situation of unemployment or not registered with the Social Security for a minimum of 12 months, continuous or not, during the last 18 months prior to employment. object of the request.
Recipients must be registered with the corresponding Employment Office of the Public Employment Service of Catalonia as jobseekers, among other requirements in accordance with article 5 of Resolution EMT / 3840 / 2021, of 22 December.
