XVII self-propelled vehicle competition. They design a machine for sending humanitarian aid

On 13 June, Enginyers Tarragona sponsored the competition for self-propelled mobile phones designed and built by first-year students in the ETSEQ Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

The challenge of this course was to build a humanitarian aid sending machine, which would make a parabolic launch from one side of the border to the other, using as little energy as possible.

The wording of the problem was: Year 2022. When it seemed like it could not happen again, a new war shook Europe. Ukraine is invaded by all-powerful Russia; nothing will be the same again. Among other factors, the borders have been closed to a new order, and the transit of goods can only be carried out by air, bypassing these land limits. This complicates the delivery of humanitarian aid, and solutions need to be found. The scenario is certainly complicated; but there is hope: the engineers who study Integrative Project I at the URV ”.

The winning team is "Easy Works". The components are:
