Object:
Call for subsidies from the incentive program for the actions of thermal renewable energy installations in Catalonia, valid until December 31, 2023.
Budget:
The maximum amount allocated to the granting of subsidies is 26,494,132.00 euros
Beneficiaries: The beneficiaries according to article 17 of Royal Decree 1124/2021 and section 7 of this call will be:
Incentive Program 1:
- Physical persons
- Legal persons
- Public Administrations, private law entities or private non-profit organizations
- Groups, consortia or other forms of collaboration of the above figures, with or without legal personality
Incentive Program 2:
- Local or supralocal entities.
- Public Administrations, private law entities or private non-profit organizations
- Groups, consortia or other forms of collaboration of the above figures, with or without legal personality
Eligible actions:
The following will be subsidized activities related to incentive programs (article 18 of Royal Decree 1124/2021, of December 21):
Incentive program 1 : Implementation of thermal renewable energy installations in the industrial, agricultural, services and/or other sectors of the economy, including the residential sector.
Incentive program 2: Implementation of thermal renewable energy installations in non-residential buildings, establishments and public sector infrastructures.
Subsidized actions must be carried out in facilities located in Catalonia.
The subsidized actions of the incentive program 1 must be carried out after the date of registration of the aid request, and those of the incentive program 2, after publication in the Official Gazette of the State of Royal Decree 1124/2021, in both cases.
Time limit:
The application submission period begins the day after the publication of this Resolution in the DOGC (published on August 2, 2022) and ends on December 31, 2023.
