The Register of Professional Societies has begun to be carried out as of March 16, 2008 by CETIT in compliance with Law 2/2007.
The registration management of this Register will be administratively supervised by the CETIT and the application will be approved by the Government Board.
To initiate the procedures, the registration will begin ex officio by the communication of the Mercantile Registry according to article 8.4 of Law 2/2007 or by the communication of the legal representative of the company.
The registration process must be processed within a maximum period of one month.
According to article 4.5, any company may cancel the registration, subject to a prior agreement by the board, after a period of three months.
Registration will be subject to the corresponding rates.
