Tax on installations that affect the environment

Last January 20, Law 10/2022, of December 23, amending Law 5/2020, on fiscal, financial, administrative and public sector measures and creating the tax on installations that affect the environment, in relation to the nuclear transition fund, and creation of the fund's governing body.
