In accordance with what is established in the current Statutes, the CETIT Board of Governors, on May 16, 2023, has agreed to call elections and an Ordinary General Meeting, which will be held on June 27, 2023 in the Hall of Proceedings of the College, avenida de Roma, 7
AGENDA
- Reading and approval, if applicable, of the minutes of the previous Ordinary General Meeting
- Elections to all positions in the Board of Governors. Voting begins at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 7:00 p.m.
- Scrutiny and proclamation of the elected
- Open turn of words
As established in Article 45 of the Statutes, the electoral calendar will be as follows,
- Constitution of the Electoral Board May 18, 2023
- Exposition of the electoral census from 19 to 25 May 2023
- Deadline for Submission of candidacies June 6, 2023 (at 2 p.m.)
- Announcement of candidacies June 8, 2023
- Electoral campaign from 9 to 26 June 2023
- .Elections June 27, 2023
The positions to be chosen are those established in Article 23 of the Statutes:
The direction and administration of the College is attributed to the Board of Governors, which is composed of a dean, two vice-deans, a secretary, a vice-secretary, an auditor, a treasurer and four members.
The requirements to be a member of the Board are those established in Article 26 of the Statutes:
To be part of the Board of Governors it is necessary:
a) Be a member with professional residence within the boundaries of the College and with at least two years of seniority, except to hold the position of dean, in which a seniority of ten years is necessary, and those of vice dean, secretary and treasurer, which is five years.
b) Be in possession of full civil capacity.
c) Not being suspended from collegial rights.
d) Have Spanish nationality or be a foreigner legally qualified to hold these positions. Sincerely,
