Workshops on the new operation of the Fire Preliminary Report

Next Friday, March 1, 2024, the new processing model for the previous fire report will be implemented, which is integrated into the Business Single Window (FUE), under the new regulatory framework of Law 18/2020 ( LFAE) and Regulation 131/2022 that deploys it, as well as the technological solutions incorporated in the Single Business Window ecosystem.

For this reason, the OGE and the DGPEIS will hold online sessions on February 26 (Monday), February 29 (Thursday) and March 6 (Wednesday) with the objectives of publicizing:

• The different types of prior fire reports established.
• The way to process and manage each of these modalities.
• What benefits does this whole FUE (Single Business Window) ecosystem bring, both to administrations and to companies.
