Unified tool update for DB-HE 2019 verification

This new version incorporates the novelty of the exclusive ventilation system for PMT (small and medium tertiary) buildings. Corrects the behavior of the tool to preserve the lengths of thermal bridges entered by the user as well as sets limits on the interpolation of linear thermal transmittance values of thermal bridges. Also corrects the calculation of ventilation flows in PMT with air equipment.
