Through the present Collaboration Agreement, the CETIT, aims to facilitate the members, the provision of services that allow the adaptation of their automated and non-automated files to the Legislation for the Protection of Personal Data.
The Professionals and companies that hold files with personal data are legally subject to compliance with a series of obligations established in the Organic Law 15/1999 and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulation of development of said law.
