The Council of Colleges of Industrial Technical Engineers of Catalonia has informed the Honorable Mr. Felip Puig i Godes has numerous incidents related to the Self-Protection Plans.
These incidents are related to Decree 82/2010 of June 29, which approves the catalog of activities and centers obliged to adopt measures of self-protection and fixes the content of these measures.
The Council reported that in relation to the certificates issued by schools that compose, from January to March 2011, under which foothold accredited technical staff who are competent I'elaboració protection plans in Today they have not received the proper accreditation that Civil Protection must expressly communicate.
Another casuistry is on referees who have, since January 7 this year so far, that 's have been forced to give up I'encárrec professional to do a self-protection plan, to not get in time and form the due accreditation of the protection aspect of Catalonia in accordance with Annexes 1. A and B, with the economic and professional damages that entails this situation.
It is worth mentioning that, as of today , some 19 people have been accredited that appear on the website of the Department of the interior.
Likewise, schools that make up the Council have issued certificates of technical personnel competent for the elaboration of self-protection plans, none of which is included in this list.
In this sense, they want to make it clear that the accreditation system is not acting quickly, which is implying a comparative grievance in relation to other professionals.
