IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO BE SELF-EMPLOYED

The Ministry of Labor and Immigration has published Order TIN / 1362/2011, of May 23, on the incompatibility regime for the retirement pension received from the Social Security System with the activity carried out on its own behalf by the collegiate professionals.

The incompatibility regime referred to in the Order shall not apply with respect to cases in which the corresponding retirement pension came to be entered into with the free exercise of the professional associated before the entry into force of this Order.

This order will enter into force on the first day of the second month following its publication in the BOE, which was on May 26.
