The Supreme Court has finally decided to dismiss all the arguments provided by the State Advocacy to cancel the precautionary suspension of the name Building Engineer who used several universities, such as Burgos, the Basque Country and San Pablo-CEU .
In a precautionary way, it is learned that the technical architects or mathematicians who were those who attended these studies can not designate engineers.
The case dates back to March 31 when the Supreme Court issued an interlocutory in which the degree of Construction of the University of Burgos, the Basque Country and San Pablo-CEU was suspended.
Subsequently, on April 15, the State Advocacy brought an appeal for reversal. After analyzing the arguments put forward by the lawyer of the State, the Supreme Court finally concluded to dismiss all of them, giving in all the reason to the General Council of Official Colleges of Industrial Technical Engineers and the General of Col. Official laws of Industrial Engineers.
This organization has undertaken resources against all the schools that use it.
