IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO BE ABLE TO WORK AS A SELF-EMPLOYED PERSON

Last 25.05.2011, we informed you of the publication of Order TIN / 1362/2011 that regulated the compatibility between the retirement pension and the exercise of the profession.

On Tuesday, August 2, the Law 27/2011 was published on the BOE, on updating and adapting the Social Security System.

This Law 27/2011 , is the one that regulates two very important issues for the MUPITI and therefore for all Industrial Engineers that are mutualistic:

1-      The "Compatibility between retirement pension and self-employment" (additional provision thirty seventh).

2-      The Social Security Mutuals Alternatives to the Autonomous Regime (additional provision forty forty).

Therefore for your information tell you that from the day of publication in the BOE of Law 27/2011, August 2, Order TIN / 1362/2011 remains in suspense and ceases to have effects , that is to say, it reverts the Compatibility between the perception of the Pension of Retirement of the SS and the exercise of the profession by its own account by all the affiliates to MUPITI .
