CALL FOR MUPITI ELECTIONS 2012

We inform you of the charges to choose, the term and the form for the presentation of the candidatures: Content:
- Elections to the Governing Council :

• -Secretary (three years)
• Treasurer (three years)
• Vowel-Delegate

The candidacies of secretary and treasurer must be presented by writing to the mutual society before 15 hours on April 20 stating the position that is chosen, and can not concur more than one. Candidate-delegate nominations must be submitted by writing to the secretary's office before 14:00 hours on April 20th. To be a candidate for a member, the following requirements must be met:

-           Be a mutualist with a minimum of three years

-           Be up-to-date with the payment of installments and other mutual obligations

-           To meet the requirements of honorability and qualification or professional experience required by the administrators of the insurance companies provided in article 15 of the Consolidated Text of the Law on the Regulation and Supervision of Private Insurance; as well as there is no inability or prohibition for the development of the position in accordance with current legislation.

- Elections to a member of the Financial Control Commission (one year)

Nominations must be submitted by writing to the mutual society before 3 pm on April 20.

- Elections to a member of the Internal Control Committee (one year)

Nominations must be submitted by writing to the mutual society before 3 pm on April 20.
