If the possibility that the future Law of Professional Services and Colleges created a working group to retouch the attributions of architects took these professionals' sleep, knowing the last text that the Government manages has meant "halfway" relief. In the preliminary draft of these regulations, prepared by the Ministry of Economy and dated July 7, the twelfth additional provision disappears, which introduced this important novelty. Moreover, "The Building Planning Law is expressly included among the laws that remain in force and, therefore, the architects retain the exclusive powers as contemplated in these regulations," announces the latest statement issued by the Superior Council of the Colleges of Architects of Spain (CSCAE), an organization that represents the almost 47,000 professionals distributed in the 19 regional councils.
