Before, however, it invites citizens to participate in a survey and to comment on what type of equipment or services there should be in this space, their management model and the integration of the place in the environment (visual impact) .
Taking into account the opinions collected in the citizen survey, the bases will be developed to make the technical contest of ideas. This competition, which will be convened in April, will end with a proposal that will allow the development of an executive project to make use of the current space in accordance with the preferences expressed by citizens and be economically sustainable.
