Access through the link to the Ministry of Education's electronic headquarters, the requirements for obtaining the correspondence certificate are the following:
Digital certificate accepted by the PlataformaFirma
10-character code of the title (National Registry of Titles), available on the reverse side of the title
Once inserted, and immediately, download the Certificate of correspondence of the title.
* Without a digital certificate or if you have not been able to obtain it using the previous procedure:
a) Application through the Ministry of Education The following documentation must be sent to the Ministry of Education:
- Request form "Request_Certificado_MECES-Ministerio" filled out and with handwritten signature ( http://www.cogiti.es/.../Solicitud_Certificado_MECES-Minister ... )
- Copy of the university degree
- Copy of DNI
b) Application through the College of Industrial Technical Engineers
- The referee will send to the College the following documentation:
Application form "Autorizacion_Certificado_MECES-COGITI" filled in and with handwritten signature ( http://www.cogiti.es/.../Autorizacion_Certificado_MECES-COGIT ... )
- Copy of the university degree
- Copy of DNI
VERY IMPORTANT: The documentation sent in electronic format can not be processed. The documents must be signed with the original signature, and the certified degree.
