On Monday, October 5th, the Higher Technical School of Engineering opened its 2015-2016 academic year in the Sescelades Campus Degree Hall. The event was chaired by the rector, Josep Anton Ferré, accompanied by the director of the ETSE, Domènec Puig and the lecturer Javier Uceda, Professor of Electronic Technology at the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
The conference "Some trends of the future of engineering teaching" given by Mr. Uceda, discussed the future of engineering. Next, awards were made to the best files of the Degrees in Computer, Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
The CETIT Dean, Anton Escarré, delivered the prize to Andreu Sintas (best academic record of the Degree in Electrical Engineering) and Sergi Molina (best academic record of the Degree in Electronic Engineering).
