This professional group of Tarragona is the first school of state engineers that uses new technologies to speed up relations with the administration
June 7, 2006. Carles Salas, deputy mayor of general resources of the City Council of Reus and Santiago Crivillé, dean of the College of Industrial Technical Engineers of Tarragona, signed an agreement today, June 7 of telematic collaboration between the two institutions. The event took place in the press room of the City Council of Reus.
It is an agreement for the presentation and signature of administrative documents by teleinformatic means and with electronic signature. In this way, CETIT becomes the first school of engineers to transmit, through the new technologies, documentation of projects to the Administration, in this case local.
This professional association of Tarragona started two years ago a telematic visa procedure on the Internet, amongst its collegiate members, so that these could carry out the process visa for professional projects in a convenient, fast and efficient manner. With this agreement that has been signed today, it goes a step further in the constant objective of improving the services offered to industrial technical engineers in particular and to the citizens in general.
In a progressive way, the CETIT will continue along this path in order to facilitate the relationships of the professional group it represents with other administrations and in this way, streamline through the new technologies the smooth relations between all the parties involved.
