WHO WORKERS ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT THE RENDA DECLARATION?

 

All those employees who have obtained, in the financial year 2015, more than 22,000 euros of annual gross remuneration, are obliged to present the declaration of income.

In the event of having more than one payer (for example, if they work in a multi-employment scheme) the income limit to have to declare is 12,000 euros. However, if the sum of income from the second and remaining payers is equal to or less than 1,500 euros, it will only be necessary to declare if the total income received exceeds 22,000 euros.

Although not obligated to declare, it is always advisable to check this in case you can apply a deduction (eg, rental housing, for example) and return the return declaration.
