NEW TOOLS OF ENERGY CERTIFICATION OF BUILDINGS

On July 6, 2018, the Ministry for Transition Ecology has published on its official website, as recognized documents, new energy certification tools for buildings that are added to those existing to date.

The new tools are:

• CYPETHERM HE Plus. Valid to certify both existing and newly built buildings.
  
  
• SG SAVE. Valid to certify both existing and newly built buildings.
  
  
• CE3X. Valid now also to certify buildings of new construction for residential and small tertiary use.

Following this update, ICAEN has adapted the application form for registration in the Registry with the following changes:

• Update of the section on data protection in the new regulations.
• Extension of the certified tools to perform the certification.
• New field to collect information about other voluntary certifications of buildings.
• Elimination of the option "New building in the project phase (modification)" in the case "New construction", given the publication of the new procedure of amendments through which all requests for changes to the proceedings submitted or in process will be registered .
