On March 28, the EMC / 763/2019 Resolution has been published in the DOGC, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the Energy Management Stamp Program.
Small and medium-sized private companies may receive subsidies with an operating facility in Catalonia included in the manufactured industrial sectors. They are eligible expenses, among others, the services aimed at the reduction of consumption and energy costs in a specific establishment. Likewise, the Resolution establishes the obligation that the provider of these services complies with the requirements to carry out the activity of energy auditor according to article 8 of RD 56/2016, but also must have a certificate within the energy field accredited by ENAC according to the norm UNE-ISO / IEC 17024: 2012.
