News on processing of pressure equipment installations

We inform you, for your knowledge and to inform you, the following news in the processing of the Presentation of the Declaration responsible for the installations of pressure equipment:

  On May 27 released a new version of the form of presentation of the declaration for pressure equipment and facilities will change the method of payment of fees.

  CHANGES IN THE SIGNATURE

• The main novelty of the new form is that the signature , either in electronic form or in manuscript, of the Request for the presentation of the responsible declaration ( NOT the one of the form of the responsible Declaration that will continue requiring the signature of the holder of the installation or its representative).
• At the time of sending to process the forms, you must identify yourself with a certificate of a legal person or the idCATMóvil system. This identification generates an entirely valid electronic signature, but that is not embedded in the form. The icatmobile is a form of identification of alternative users to digital certificates. It is an agile system that allows, once registered in the Electronic Headquarters (it can be done telematically or in person at an OGE office), obtain a password that will allow you to authenticate and send the forms to be processed . The DNI associated with idcatmobil must be the DNI of the holder in case he is a natural person, or the DNI of the representative person who has been informed in the form, in the case of a legal person. If there is an intermediary, this DNI will correspond to the intermediary data.
• With this new system, the "acknowledgment of receipt" will no longer have to be submitted manuscripts , which will speed up and reduce processing time and save journeys to the OGE offices.
• We remind you that you must process it with the latest version of the corresponding forms . That is, only the procedures can be carried out with the updated forms that appear in the files of the procedures. Otherwise, the processing of the file will be stopped and the delivery of the current version of the form will be claimed.

   

  CHANGES IN THE LETTER OF PAYMENT

  The LETTER OF PAYMENT is included in the acknowledgment of receipt . Payment of the fee may be made online, with a credit card, accessing the link that will be displayed on the screen once it has been sent to process the application.

    Other payment alternatives:

• If you have a digital certificate, enter the "my folder" space and access the "Procedures" section. There you can access the procedure in question and make the payment from the "Payments" section
• If you do not have a digital certificate, you must enter the "My management status" area and enter the processing code (ID) of the acknowledgment of receipt and your NIF. Once inside, you must go to "Payments" and follow the instructions that indicate.
• Also, from the "Payments" section you can download the payment letter and make it effective by means of the means indicated therein
