Enginyers Tarragona adheres to the "Decalogue for gender equity in the field of professional colleges of Catalonia" that has promoted the commission of women and equality of the Intercollegiate.

The colleagues demand in this decalogue an equitable treatment, between women and men, in the professional world, to eliminate any discrimination of gender in tune with other associations and feminist movements. Consequently, we propose the Professional Associations of Catalonia this Decalogue, as the least acceptable expression in the management and orientation of the professional world.
