THE MANAGEMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF ENGINEERING PROJECTS

On February 25, the course of ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGEMENT was held at the headquarters of Tarragona Engineers.

  Establishing and systematizing techniques in which a project director must move, and especially the personal and professional characteristics that must be put into play to ensure the success of the projects entrusted to him, have been the main Objectives of this course, given by Xavier de Rocafiguera, expert in negotiation and management techniques. He completed a General Management Program at IESE.

The course took place during an 8-hour session, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a lunch break in groups.
