SAVIA is a company integrated into the MAPFRE GROUP and due to its alarm status, it makes its VIDEOCONSULTA 24 hour VIDEOCONSULTA services available to policyholders for free and temporarily.
Through these Digital Services you will have access to chats with doctors, both General Medicine and Specialists (Pediatricians, Gynecologists, Traumatologists, etc.) as well as with Psychologists, Nutritionists and Personal Trainers who can help you better overcome this confinement process . In addition, they will have the Video Consultation Service, both scheduled and immediate (24/7) with the addition that, through the Video Consultation Immediate, the doctor will be able, in those cases, to prescribe the appropriate medication. (eg antibiotic)
Once this confinement period has ended, the user will be free to do whatever he wants:
- Delete the application
- Continue with the FREE version which is free and at no cost to the user
- Continue with the PREMIUM version with the services included in it
- Including being able to reach personalized agreements with the company, such as having an annual subscription to the PREMIUM modality for its employees.
