Dear colleagues,
The most representative social and economic agents PIMEC, Foment, CCOO and UGT, together with the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Families, the Department of Economy and Finance, the Department of the Interior, the Department of Health, the Department of Territory and Sustainability, and the Department of Business and Knowledge of the Generalitat de Catalunya, agreed on April 12, a document with the intention to provide guidelines for a return to work more secure, as well as for to companies and workers who have not stopped their activity or will return in the future.
This document specifies the Recommendations for preventive and organizational measures for companies and workers and guidelines for planning a return to safe work in the event of a stoppage of activity .
They are distributed in:
- Measures prior to resuming the activity.
- Measures related to mobility.
- Measures related to the common areas.
- Measures related to work areas.
- Hygienic, cleaning and disinfection measures.
Also treating in a specific way:
- The Business Coordination.
- Services for the Prevention and assessment of situations linked to coronavirus.
- Special measures for workers who provide services in healthcare, socio-sanitary and residential settings.
- Special measures for workers providing services in home care.
- Teleworking and / or distance work.
- Other measures of internal flexibility.
