Therefore, they are excluded and will not be able to open to the public the establishments that surpass the 400 square meters of surface, or find in centers or commercial parks or that locate inside the same without direct and independent access from the outside.

Hotels and restaurants

  1. The activity of the hospitality industry will be limited to home delivery and the collection of orders by customers in the corresponding establishments. Consumption inside them is prohibited.
  2. In home delivery services, a preferential distribution system can be established for people over the age of 65, dependents or other groups most vulnerable to Covid-19 infection.
  3. In the collection services the customer must place the order by phone or online and the establishment will set a collection schedule thus avoiding congestion in the vicinity.
  4. In those establishments that have points of request and collection of orders for vehicles, the customer will be able to realize the orders from his vehicle in the own establishment and proceed to his back collection.
  5. Establishments may only be open to the public during the order pick-up time.

The time spent in the establishments during the collection of orders will be strictly necessary for customers to collect them.

In establishments where the personalized attention of more than one customer is possible at the same time, the two-meter interpersonal safety distance between customers must be clearly indicated.
