Order SND / 440/2020 on the resumption of works on existing buildings

Order SND / 440/2020, of 23 May, has been published in the BOE, amending several orders for better management of the health crisis.

In its fifth additional provision, the suspension of activities related to intervention works in existing buildings, established in Order SND / 340/2020 of 12 April, is lifted. It also states that in carrying out the works, adequate hygiene measures and the minimum safety distance between people of two meters must be guaranteed.

It will maintain its effectiveness throughout the validity of the alarm state and its possible extensions.
