Regulatory bases
The regulatory bases applicable to this call are those established in Resolution EMC / 1653/2020, of 8 July, which approves the regulatory bases for the line of subsidies to Industrial Research and Experimental Development Centers that encourage the realization of industrial research and experimental development activities in Circular Economy projects, specifically in the field of waste (DOGC no. 8175 of 13.07.2020).
Budget application and amount
The maximum amount allocated to the line of aid is 1,500,000.00 euros, applied to budget item D / 7025/7700001/574 / D which are distributed as follows:
- € 900,000.00 for R&D projects where the product / service / technology can be used within the applicant's own production process (defined in section a) of base 4.1 of the regulatory bases).
- € 600,000.00 for R&D projects where the product / service / technology designed is to be implemented by a third party (defined in section b) of base 4.1 of the regulatory bases).
In the case of the existence of surplus in one of the types of projects, this surplus can be used to grant aid to projects of the other type.
These amounts may be extended by a resolution of the Chief Executive Officer of ACTION.
The award of grants is subject to the possibility of a partial or total reduction of the grant, before the final award decision is issued, as a result of the restrictions arising from the fulfillment of the objectives of budgetary stability and sustainability. financial.
Applications and submission deadline
The deadline for submitting applications will be from 00:00 hours the day after the publication of this Resolution in the DOGC until 14:00 hours on September 29, 2020.
