Electronic procedure information for payment of judicial expertise

The Department of Justice will put into operation a new electronic procedure for the management of applications for payment of judicial appraisals carried out by the Department of Justice, which will be regulated by Instruction no. 4/2020, of the Secretariat of Relations with the Administration of Justice, and that will allow a much more agile management of the procedure to the professional who has been appointed judicially to carry out the expert opinion.

As you know, some informative sessions of the procedure were organized in Webinars (adobbe connect), through the Center for Legal Studies and Specialized Training, aimed at experts who at some point in the last two years have carried out a forensic examination, in accordance with the criteria of the aforementioned order, and have therefore submitted some request for payment to our Department.

We inform you now, for your information, that today the content of the website of the electronic court of Catalonia (section “Highlights”) has been updated, with an informative guide of the new procedure, which includes screenshots and a section of frequently asked questions:
