NEW STATEMENT OF ALARM STATUS

In the BOE published in the afternoon of 25.10.2020 proceeds to the declaration of the State of Alarm and, in this case, establishes that the competent delegated authority will be the President of the Autonomous Community, which confers a wide margin for the development of regulations regarding the restriction measures to be applied in each Autonomous Community.

Within the workplace, the limitation of the freedom of movement of people at night is significant, which, in the case of Catalonia, according to Resolution SLT / 2620/2020 of 25 October, is between 22:00 hours. and 6 p.m.

The travel of workers to and from the work center is excluded, as well as the travel that they would have to make in the same mission .

The aforementioned Resolution of the Generalitat provides that any exception to this travel ban must be duly justified. The obligation to use a specific certificate model is therefore not established but only the need for justification.

It is not advisable to use the Responsible Declarations that were once published by the Generalitat as a model travel certificate during the confinement period. A company certification would be more appropriate, specifying the worker's night shift.
