Content: Basic communication premises according to the NLP. How to generate a climate of confidence: Rapport How to calibrate and equalize the interlocutor: synchronize how to listen to active empathy: reformulate how to influence and persuade: congruence: submodalitts and representational systems. Metamorphosis of language: distortions, omissions and generalizations
