The City Council of Tarragona and OASI invite you to enter the world of virtuality to reflect on the changes that the arrival of the Internet and the multimedia media have introduced in the literature. This will include the presence of the best specialists in the study of the relationships established between the Internet and the Literary world. It will be structured in two sessions of high interest, on the one hand, the director of OASI, Enric Brull, will present the Tinet Biblioteca, a section of the Tarraconense Digital Library that will be dedicated to editing newly created and to receive those materials Literary or quality essays that do not take the traditional edition.
Secondly, the usual roundtable will focus on e-literature or cyberliterature, that is, on the new forms of literary creation that have emerged with the Net and the multimedia resources. A specialist such as Laura Borràs, a cyber-script like Lluís Calvo and an expert on formal virtual skills such as Pedro Valdeolmillos, will show the news of the panorama that can be found in this field.

· And, as moderator, Margarita Aritzeta, writer and researcher in the field of literary theory
During the course of the event will be published the verdict of the narrative prize for Internet Tinet 2003.
