| Targets: | The aim of this course is to introduce attendees to the concept of Self-Knowledge as a fundamental tool for personal and professional growth. At the moment we are immersed in a change of Era, which takes us from the Industrial Age to the Age of Knowledge. Of particular importance in this process of transformation are the so-called "soft-skills", understood as leadership skills, team management and managerial skills in general. Throughout this course, attendees will learn to get to know each other better, so that they can be comfortable with themselves. This is the first step in being good with others and developing Intrapersonal and Interpersonal intelligences, which are critical to the development of leadership and effective team management. Leadership is the critical success factor in organizations. To lead is to unleash talent, and that is why favorable conditions must be created for others to give the best of themselves. To be a good leader you must have a vocation for service. In this course we will review the fundamentals of leadership, its different styles and the relationship that have communication and a vocation for service as the main axes to become a good leader. |
