ACROBAT Course, CREATION AND EDITING OF DOCUMENTS AND PLANS

We often encounter problems when generating PDF documents from common computer applications (Office) or from specific applications, such as Autocad, when we generate the conversion of plans.

The objective of the course is that the student is able to create and edit documents and plans from the usual and specific applications without any problem, as well as to edit the documents generated in PDF in a basic level.

COURSE PROGRAM :

DURATION: 4 hours

1. Adobe Acrobat concept
- Different family products.

2. PDF'S: structure and use.

3. Process of composing PDF from external sources.

- Physical printers and logics.
- PDF Writer? Adobe PDF (Adobe printers, according to versions).
- Creation of PDF'S from Office applications. The Acrobat toolbar from Word, Escel, Acces, Outlook, Acrobat Writer.
- Acrobat configuration from Office.
- Acrobat printing of documents outside of Office, Autocad, Presto ...

4. Composition of the project
- Inserting PDF files into an Acrobat project.
- Pagination.
- Different paper directions in the same document.
- Bookmarks.

5. Optimization of documents.
- Resolutions.
- Sources.
- Images (size reduction).
- PDF output (printer, screen).

6. The digital signature.

7. Print CAD maps to PDF.
- Configure presentation and page.
- Change, edit the size of the paper.
- PDF printer configuration.
- Paper orientation and stairs.
- PDF edition.

DATES AND TIMETABLE : October 27 and 29, 2008, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

DOCUMENTATION: course tracking documentation will be provided.

TEACHER: specialist in the subject matter to be taught.

CERTIFICATION: A certificate of attendance will be given to the course. Minimum attendance of 80% of the teaching hours.
