CIRCULAR CODE : 73/08
A course on BACKING OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS has been organized according to the TECHNICAL CODE OF BUILDING (CTE), which will deal with general cases and special cases (modifications and reinforcements of old foundations).
The objective of the course is to carry out a general study of the superficial, semi-deep and deep foundations (props and micropuntals), walls, continuous screens and beams of bindings.
The problems that are presented in the reinforcement of the old foundations of the industrial buildings due to the increase of the requests related to the pillars (for the increase of the capacity of the bridges crane, for the elevation of the covers, by the suppression of the pillars ...).

2. Need for geotechnical studies. Magnitudes Characteristics of soils. Trials
3. Capacity bearing superficial foundations.
4. Consolidation and improvement of soils.
5. Surface foundations. Walls Joining beams.
6. Expansion of superficial shoes.
7. Extension of foundations by means of props.
8. Continuous screen walls. Anchors
9. Extension of foundations by means of micropuntals.
10. RODIOSTAR stitches.
11. Jetgrouting.
12. Vibroflotación.
13. Dynamic compaction.
14. Freezing.
15. Latest trends.

TEACHER: Mr. Francisco Gallardo Ayala, Dr. Industrial Engineer with more than 40 years working on subjects related to subjects to be taught and with more than nine years of teaching in the field to be taught.
