CIRCULAR CODE: 11/09
With the objective of training and introducing professionals to prevent occupational risks in the preparation and defense of expert opinions in the courts and tribunals, this SEMIPRESENTIAL COURT OF JUDICIAL PERIODS IN PREVENTION OF LABOR RISKS has been organized.
ADDRESSED TO: professionals with minimum acreditative experience of one year in the professional practice of prevention and who have one of these degrees:
- Degree of higher level of Occupational Risk Prevention.
- Qualification of senior technician of Prevention of Professional Risks.
- Degree of intermediate level of Prevention of Labor Risks.
DATES AND TIMETABLE (face-to-face classes) : every Monday from 2 to 23 March, from 4 to 9 pm. START March 2, 2009.
PROGRAM ( 20 face-to-face hours of a total of 80 teaching hours):
Modality: semi face-to-face
Duration: 20 hours of classroom attendance totaling 80 hours
This course is a practical permanent training where the student works the theory through the manual that is provided to him.
1. THE PERIODIC TEST TO SPANISH LEGAL ORDINANCE
Basic notions about the administration of justice.
Basic notions about the judicial process.
The expert test in the Spanish legal system.
2. THE PERIT TO SPANISH LEGAL ADMINISTRATION
The figure of the judicial expert.
Modalities of judicial experts.
Appointment and appointment of experts.
Duties, rights and responsibilities of the legal expert.
The expert practice in the judicial process.
3. THE PROCEDURAL FRAMEWORK OF PERITATION IN SECURITY AND HEALTH AT WORK

The process framework in the production of permanent damages and injuries.
4. CHARACTERISTICS OF PERICIAL DICTAMEN

CERTIFICATION: A certificate of attendance will be given to the course. Minimum attendance of 80% of the teaching hours.
