Course INDUSTRIAL SECURITY (Law 12/2008) and the Technical Regulations of Security
OBJECTIVE: Provide the basic essential notions that must be met so that industrial activities must comply with the safety regulations and their legalization.
COURSE PROGRAM (24 hours):
1. Explanation of the appearance and the basic contents of the new Law 12/2008 of the Parliament of Catalonia in matters of Industrial Security, its situation regarding the application and the future implications that will entail (Catalan Agency of Industrial Security) .
2. Revision of the basic concepts that must be completed in a minimum manner in the different technical regulations and legislation regarding the most common activities of industrial facilities:
- Law of Comprehensive Intervention of the Environmental Authority 3/1998.
- Low voltage electrical regulation.
- Transformer installations.
- Regulation of thermal installations in buildings.
- Regulation pressure equipment.
- Regulation of lifting appliances.
- Regulation of storage of chemical products.
- Regulation of serious accidents.
- Control of legionellosis.
- Technical Building Code.
- Regulation of fire protection facilities.
- Law of noise.
- Regulation of the uses and pollution of water.
- Regulation of industrial waste.
- Law of PRL.
- Adaptation of machines.
- Other applicable laws and regulations.
3. Minimum documentation essential for the start of activities.
4. Transition of the activities legalized with the previous Regulation of annoying, unhealthy, harmful and dangerous activities (RAMINP), both legalized, in process completed or not initiated.
5. Workshops for the legalization of industrial facilities: exercises and examples of typical situations and how to solve them.
