In the last years of construction work in the residential, tertiary and industrial fields, a set of elements of work, of equipment, of infrastructures and of very ample installations has been obtained. Right now, when the level of new bidding has fallen extraordinarily, both from the private and public point of view, something must be done in this regard. One of the clearest options is to take care of and optimize what we have already built. This is achieved through good maintenance management.

For many, and even more in our environment, keeping it is just repair. That's not true. Corrective maintenance is only a small part of a whole world dedicated to the conservation and programming of the necessary actions on the elements of residential, commercial and industrial buildings. The objective is clear: to control the useful life cycle of the buildings and their facilities so that it is extended as much as possible and with the least possible cost. This is maintenance management.

Through this course and through theory, practice and dialogue, our knowledge is transferred to the attendees, in order to fulfill the objectives set.

The course is aimed at all those technicians who have a specialized need in the management of maintenance in infrastructure, in buildings, in technical facilities, either because they already work there and want to expand knowledge, or because they see it as an opportunity Of professional alternative in the present moments and for this reason they want to know this sector.

It is also aimed at all those who are part of the structure of a company (managers, administration, commercial, etc.) and want to know or expand the knowledge of the field of conservation management and maintenance.
