The current situation makes us increasingly competitive in different areas of knowledge, one of them, and very important, is the training and professionalization of the real estate sector.
The present course aims to train ETI's as professional real estate analysts , as there are currently few professionals trained in this area of knowledge and there is a great demand for them.
One of the fundamental aspects of the course is the learning of project optimization and the basic principle when making a profitable project.
The real estate market is a very important part of the country's economy and, although it is in a period of recession, it is obvious that it is the best time to train and specialize in this area, which will always exist.
DIRECTED TO: all those who wish to train as professional real estate analysts and those who want to refine and / or deepen their knowledge.

CALENDAR: from the 13th to the 17th of February.
Mondays Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.15 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

CERTIFICATION:
- The CETIT will issue a certificate of attendance to the course prior to the request of the participant. Minimum attendance of 80% of the teaching hours.
- The EUROPEAN INSTITUTE OF REAL ESTATE ANALYSIS will issue a PROFITABILITY CERTIFICATE to students who successfully pass the practical case that is considered in the course
- The certificates issued by the Tripartite Foundation for Employment Training will be issued automatically without prior request. Minimum attendance of 80% of the teaching hours.
