New electronic procedure in Canal Empresa

The Subdirectorate General of Industrial Safety informs us of a new procedure that will be available on the Company Channel from 22 February.

“The next day 22/02/2021 will publish the new electronic procedure of Denunciation with regard to the state and / or the operation of the technical installations of industrial hygiene.

Any natural or legal person who wishes to inform the Administration of situations related to the malfunction, poor condition or other illegal conditions of the technical installations of industrial safety must use this procedure.

This communication can only be made in person in the event that the complainant is an individual.

The self-employed, professionals, companies, entities and other groups must process it online. Documentation provided by another channel will not be taken into account or computed for the purposes of filing date. ”
