On 26 October at 19pm the Conference Center will hold the lecture "The limits on rental prices. The Law for the containment of rental income in Catalonia ”organized by SMHAUSA and is the first in a series of talks that are being organized on different topics related to housing. The Minister of Housing Eva Miguel has explained that "from the City Council we want citizens to know their rights and obligations around housing as well as the resources available to them"

This activity arises after the declaration of Tarragona as a tense housing market area, which requires compliance with the law regulating the rental price. The aim of the talk is to explain what this law is and help resolve doubts in the public about both the rights and duties involved. The talk will be given by Elga Molina, SMHAUSA housing technician and expert in the field.
