Project Management, or project management, is a discipline consisting of the use of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques aimed at achieving the objectives of a given project. The engineer who acts as a project manager is the person responsible for planning and safeguarding the correct execution of the steps to carry out a given project to meet certain objectives. The Project Manager engineer is responsible for leading the project to achieve the expected results within the deadline and in the appropriate form.
