- Identification of Social Security fraud that can be defined as an advanced indicator of tax fraud risk.
- Tax fraud that can be identified as an advanced indicator of Social Security fraud.
- Design and determination of the measures to be taken to prevent fraudulent conduct.
- Development of control plans with common elements and functional coordination of their execution.
In addition, none of the two entities will need authorization from the interested parties to send these reports to the other, since the law enables them to do so, although the agreement specifies that this information can only be used by to the purposes described in the article.
