Free training in BIM methodology for Members

On the occasion of the publication on June 15, 2022, of the extract from the Resolution of the Undersecretariat of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, which announces the call for the granting of subsidies under the competitive competition for training in BIM methodology, the beneficiaries being the Professional Colleges and General Councils of professional colleges for training during the 2022-2023 budget year, the COGITI was the beneficiary for the execution of the program proposed training.

The "Training Program for the Promotion of the BIM Methodology applicable to public procurement" is based on the e-learning format taught from the Training Engineers Platform, consisting of 2 modules with a total duration of 83 hours (75 hours on first in the e-learning modality – asynchronous + 8 hours the second in the virtual classroom modality – synchronous, with four meetings lasting two hours each).

The first module will last 8 weeks and the second module 4 weeks. They will be aimed at 125 students (135 places will be allocated taking into account the possible withdrawals and those who do not meet the eligibility criteria of the grant, trying to achieve in this way an execution closer to 100%) distributed among the 49 Col laws on the basis of their census.

The recipients selected and chosen by each College until their number of vacancies are filled will receive the training completely free of charge.

The start date of teaching the contents will be once the Christmas period has passed, with the first edition set to start on January 9 and March 6 for the second edition of the course.
