I. CHARGES TO CHOOSE
ELECTIONS TO MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Election of the eleven members who make up the Board of Directors of Mupiti.
Corresponds to the election of the following positions:

II. REQUIREMENTS, DEADLINE AND FORM OF SUBMISSION OF CANDIDATES
All mutual members who meet, on the date of the call, the requirements required to be part of the Government bodies in which the provision and renewal of their members proceed will be able to submit their candidacy, being an essential condition to be eligible, to be up-to-date on the fulfillment of mutual obligations.
We expressly mean that the fulfillment of mutual obligations refers to all the obligations that the legal regulations and Mupiti's internal regulations, that is, Statutes, Regulations and other rules, establish for mutualists. In this regard, we want to expressly state that those mutual members who may be subject to any situation that may involve a conflict of interest with the Mutual will not be able to present themselves as candidates to be elected members of its bodies.
CANDIDATES FOR MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
1. REQUIREMENTS.
To be a candidate for a member of the Board of Directors, you must meet the following requirements:
• Be a mutualist with a minimum seniority of three years.
• Be current in the payment of quotas and other mutual obligations.
• Comply with the requirements of respectability and aptitude required by the regulations in force in the field of private insurance.
2. FORM AND TERMS.
Nominations must be submitted in writing, which will be delivered to the offices of the Mutuality before 3:00 p.m. on May 3.
The written presentation will be accepted by the following means and only to the indicated addresses:

At the end of the period for the presentation of candidacies and within five calendar days following the end thereof, the Board of Directors will proceed with the proclamation of the candidates, corresponding to the Secretary, communicate, both to the interested parties and to the respective Colleges, the decision on the proclaimed and excluded candidates.
The declared single candidates will be directly proclaimed for the respective positions.
3. TERM OF OFFICE AND POSSIBILITY OF RE-ELECTION .
The Elections Regulation, in article 9, establishes that the term of office of the members of the Board of Directors will be four years, and they may be re-elected for periods of four years.
