Last April 6, the DOGC published Agreement GOV/81/2023, of April 4, which determines the contracts in which the collaborative and virtual work methodology called Building Information Modeling (BIM) and the form and conditions for doing so, and the Government Agreement of December 11, 2018 is left without effect.
