The facts and current state of the adaptation to Spain of the Services directive through the "Òmnibus" Law, with the government's desire to eliminate the Col.legial visa, will leave our society in a state of insecurity with respect to any infrastructure Spanish society wants to have the guarantee that the buildings with which we spent, the facilities and the infrastructures that we use in our daily becoming, are not projected by unscrupulous people and without professional accreditation that, protected by the absence of regulation, of technical control and for lack of strict professional supervision, can cause serious accidents, economic damages and alterations in the quality of life of the citizens, definitively the affectation to the physical integrity and security of the people. The Collegiate visa is a guarantee of the safety of people and their physical integrity.
After the different and unsuccessful efforts made by all the organizations that are part of the Bureau of Engineering, and after various contacts between the members of the Bureau during the past week, it was decided that it is time to prove ours strongly disagree with the intentions of the government, that's why we call on all schools and col. Legislators, and students to become an active part of the concentration that will take place soon:

· Start site: Arc de Triomphe of the Auditorium, Madrid.
· Estimated start time: 12:00
· Place of destination: Entrance to the Palacio de la Moncloa, Madrid
· Estimated end time: 2:00 pm
· Route: For the A6, Madrid
Due to the rejection of the dismantling of the security system established in the organization, work and activities of Engineering and Architecture.
The security of the citizen, the protection to the environment and the general interest must prevail over any other consideration.
We encourage you to give the greatest possible distribution and encouragement of this news, between all and the student community, for greater success and be able to communicate to society the lack of the elimination of previous technical controls.
